  • MIRx Synchron Stage

    Hello,

I followed the instructional email to remove the MIRx venues via the uninstall option on the latest Vienna Assistant, delete any remaining files and then reinstall the venues in order to have the venues recognized in VI Pro.  All of my venues are recognized in VI Pro, with the exception of the Synchron Stage.  Did I miss a step?

    Thank you.

    Mike

  • That's a known issue, sorry. VSL's developers just told me that it should be ironed-out with the next update. Thanks for your patience!

Thank you , Dietz.  Yes, it has been ironed out - the problem is solved!

  • No matter how hard I try I can't get my MIRX Synchron Stage available inside VI Pro, standalone/plugin in or out of Ensemble Pro, Logic… using the old installer, e-licenser (checked), or iLok (checked).

    Nothing. It's been months now…

    Could you please fix this?

  • Hi Manu,

sorry for asking the obvious: Did you get in contact with VSL's support regarding that issue already? As a first attempt to solve the problem they would have asked you to update all relevant software including Licenser Control Center to the most recent version (eLCC should be v.6.12.8.xxx at the time of writing these lines), and to make sure that you have indeed added MIRx Synchron Stage to VSL's Library Manager. :-)

If none of these steps help, please write to support@vsl.co.at. VSL's support team should be able to help you out quickly. Otherwise they'll make sure that VSL's developers work on a solution ASAP.

    All the best,
