    Hey folks,

    Purchased my first Vienna Instrument, the Smart Orchestra series. I downloaded it via the Vienna Assistant as required, installed to Documents/VSL Libraries/Vienna Smart Orchestra - iLok. Almost 10 GBish of data. I now see two files in the folder, both with .syvolume extensions. iLok license manager activates the collection, no problems.

    But whenever I open up Vienna Synchron Player v112, it gives me no presets, patches or mixer presets. I have pointed the User Presets folder to the VSL Libraries folder, but the browser shows nothing. What am I missing? The Vienna Assistant shows that the content is installed and playable through the Synchron Player, and have pointed it to the directory that it's downloaded in.

    At one point I could select my big bang orchestra instrument, but that's gone now, too.

    I have watched many youtube videos that discuss this and read the help manuals on the vsl website but none have helped me.

    Well I read in a past thread that I have to have an iLok Cloud session going at the same time that I have Vienna Synchron Player working, so I did that and now I can see my Vienna Smart Orchestra instruments.

    The website is not very clear in the Vienna Smart Orchestra tab on this, perhaps it could be updated to explain that you need an ilok cloud session open to run your instruments?
