I know you're working out the bugs.  Here's some info:

Moved to iLok version. Metframes load fine, but getting "invalid" error when trying to load channel sets into a new frame on Windows 10 / VEP 7.1.1263

Also, copying/pasting a group of channels from one frame into a new frame causes VEP to crash/shut down.

Uninstalled .1263 and rolled back to .1245 - now I don't get the "invalid" error, but VEP immediately cashes/shuts down.

Uninstalled .1245 and rolled back to .1120. All the frames and channel strips I created in this version and prior are working fine.

I'm on the same version of VEP. I've been trying to find an easy way to merge channels from one instance into another. The Paste Channel Set command from the Edit drop-down results in a crash every time.

Have you had any luck?

I wasn't able to work with channels on 7.1.1263 or 7.1.1145. I had to roll back to 7.1.1120 which is stable for me. And if you roll back to 7.1.1120, you will not be able to open up any metaframes or channel that you made in VEP versions newer than 7.1.1120.

this is all true under Monterey OS12.3, in all iLok versions so far
