    Hi,
    I succesfully downloaded all iLok softwares and libraries after having transfered licenses from eLicenser to iLok.

    It looks like I get some issues regarding my 3 Roompacks (1/2/6). I made several tries but download animation never goes to the percentage circle and the left time is still around 500 000 hours...

    Any idea about?

    Just another question, I saw licenses for Vienna Suite are available on iLok manager. Can you please confirm the iLok software is still pending for now?

    Hi Alain,

    VSL support just tested it, everything works fine for them. There is no difference in how the libraries and the RoomPacks are downloaded. Please try again after restarting the Assistant app. If it still doesn't work, contact support@vsl.co.at.

    I had problems installing the room packs. What worked was to download only, and then install after download.

    The Synchron Stage (2.1s) preset for MIRacle is still missing.

    Actually, I tried again this morning in Download only mode. Loading is still extremely slow and shows more than 500.000 hours left...

    I tried to uninstall/reinstall Vienna Assistant, issue remains the same.
