  • Vienna assistant does not allow me to download the Bosendorfer Upright

    Hello, I have a problem.

     

    Ilok activated the demo license for me to use vertical Bosendorfer. 

     

    The Synchron Player shows this in the piano selection.

     

    But when I have to download it from Vienna Assistant it won't let me, it sends me back to your site to buy it. 

     

    Is there a problem or am I doing something wrong?

    Your Vienna Assistant doesn't know about your licenses, it only knows about registrations on your account. 

    I wonder who has provided you with such a demo license... 

    We are currently NOT handing out demo licenses, to keep the download performance for our converting users as good as possible.

    So that was a misunderstanding. 

    VSL provided you with a demo license. That's a big difference, and also an exception. 

    So I can see that demo license on your account, and it has been activated. Everything looks fine, from my perspective. 

    I will check if something hasn't been linked correctly. 

    We don't have much experience with iLok demo licenses at this point...

    License reactivates, but Vienna Assistant still sends me to your purchase page.
