    Hello !!

    I recently shifted to Vienna Assistant and downloaded all the ilok libraries. One of my libraries got deleted after installation due to some issue and I am unable to download it again as the repair function is asking me to locate library or delte library, when i click on either of the options, nothing actually happens so I am unable to re download the library.

     

    Please guide on how I can fix this

    Hi, 

    Please restart the Vienna Assistant and install the latest version.

    You should see the option to "Re-Install" in the context menu of each product.
