    Hello. I just bought the full version of Steinway D-274 but I don't see the license in Ilook to activate it in the cloud. The matter is strange, because I could see it for a few moments and it disappeared. Any advice? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Could it be that you need to surrender your Standard Library first?

    Here's a video that shows you how to do that.

    Thank you Paul.

    Indeed, the standard library had to be deactivated first. I did the same operation with the Yamaha CFX and Ilook did it automatically. This time with the Stenway it had to be done manually. VSL support answered me immediately and gave me a link to an explanatory video and I was able to solve it. They have been very friendly and operational.
