    Hi,

    I hope you are all doing great :)

    I recently converted all my libraries to ilok with the aim to try out the new fujara flute, followed the "how to" steps provided and all went well...great!

    However, upon re-opening my Ableton software it seems that all my instruments just have vanished. I can open my Vienna Instruments Pro but can't find anything to play once opened. I must probably have missed something during the conversion ... but I don't know what?

    Do some of you have the same problem? What steps should I follow to be able to play again?

    Well, the fujara flute uses the Synchron Palyer...

    Also, you have to download the iLok version of your libraries to work in the new system

    Hi Bill,

    Thank you for your quick reply :)

    There are no presets to be seen in Synchron Player also, everything seems just to have vanished. The ILok version of the libraries are indeed downloaded, so I don't know what might be the problem here.

    Update: managed to have the instruments showing in Synchron Player

    Vienna instrument Pro is not showing any presets despite using the directory manager to refresh te preset folder

    Hi MarieP,

    In a nutshell: You need to download EVERYTHING you see under NOT INSTALLED in your Vienna Assistant, also the sample content for iLok.

    This is how to make the switch to iLok, step by step.

    Given how big the libraries are, this is a pretty tedious task. I have a 250m connection and re-installing all libraries takes a day or so. This is nuts.

    Hi,

    The only way around this is to order our Vienna Hard Drives, which contain all the installation data and will save you the download...
