Can anybody explain to me, how these parameters work? Why are there two keyranges and how do they interact?

I read the manual and didn't learn anything about this.

Basically I'm trying to filter out one particually midi note (F3) for Synchron Player, because I want the Snare-Drum-Rolls(on F3) to be played by a different Synchron Player Instance.
