My question/issue is very simple. I have two PC's (personal computers) in my room. I would like to have one use iLok and the other use eLicenser. Is this permissible under the terms of my licenses? Bob in PA A sieve won't hold water but it will hold another sieve.

Yes, that's possible and allowed.
Both eLicenser licenses and converted iLok licenses are under your name.
