Hi,

I'm trying to download and install the Synchron Elite Strings update, but it seems to be stuck in an endless loop of downloading a single 1.04 MB file... 339 downloads, and it's still going.

Is this normal or is there a bug in this update?

I'm on an Intel Mac running macOS Monterey 12.4, and the latest version of the Vienna Assistant (1.0146.)

That doesn't sound right at all. 

Can you please send us some screenshots?

What happens if you restart your computer?

Restarting the computer doesn't debug it. I'll issue a support ticket request with the screenshot you asked for.
