    Everything looks right to me.  Epic 2.0 even shows up in the directories settings in Synchron but it's missing from the factory.  The license doesn't seem to be an issue so I'm sort of at a loss.

    Perhaps it's because my install was previously on Elicenser and now I need to uninstall?  

    Please help,

    Hi, 

    Did you install everything you find under "NOT INSTALLED" in your Vienna Assistant?

    Thanks for the response Paul,

    No, VIpro and VIpro for VI are not installed, as well as VEpro7 and VEpro7 MRI Pro and Chamber Strings are not installed.

    Strangely enough, chamber strings is certainly installed.  Now like I said, this was installed with the Elicenser over a year ago.  But the Assistant shows it's not installed.  Maybe the new ilok version is doing somthing odd.

    Paul, strangely, today Epic 2.0 is present.  Last night after installation, it didn't show up.  Perhaps a reboot is necessary?  Well, good news is it's working.  Thanks for the help.
