Hello everyone,
I recently bought Jazz Drums and I'm completely new to VIP. I've found the JD-GM[X] presets useful and of course it sounds really good.
I'm in the situation now that I'd like to make mix and match a little. For example, I'd like to have a preset that essentially has JD-GM_Sticks preset as a base, but adding / replacing, say, snare (D1) with a certain brush slap. Or maybe extend the Sticks patch with select brushes on unassigned keys. In addition, I'd like to have the Speed / CC1 assignments as well, so a patch matrix for each key assignment. Also, I'd like to save this new preset as a customer user preset.
Is there any way to do this easily? Any how-to videos on this out there? Of course, I might addressing the need in the wrong way, please let me know in such case. I know I can keyswitch between the two in JD-GM, but that's not really what I want.
Thanks!

Hi christerdk!
I'm sorry to say that it's not possible to re-map our libraries. You can change controller assignments and save your custom presets though.
Controller assignments can be made in the Vienna Instruments Player under Matrix Control.
Presets can be saved in the PRESET browser at the right under "save".
You can find a dedicated manual for the Jazz Drums here: https://www.vsl.info/en/instruments/vienna-instruments/collections#percussion
Best regards, Andi
