    Hi, I own Orchestrsal strings 1, standard licence. I tried to download it to my new machine and was succesful according to Vienna assistant. However it does not show up in Synchron Player. So, I checked it out in Ilok.com, it seemed to be activated. Anyway I tried to activate it again and got a message saying that my Ilok must be gen 2 or above - it is a gen 2 I am using. So I thought I could try deactvating the licence and then reactivating it. When I deactvated it I was given no option to reactivate and now am truly stuck.

     Any help please?

    Hello Z, 

    Orchestral Strings I is "only" available with our Vienna Instruments/Pro software. It will not show up in the Synchron Player software. 

    I just checked your license, and it is activated on an iLok key, so everything looks like it should, from our perspective.
