    Thursday night I paid for Bass Trombone and Contra Bass Trombone. Both licences show in my account and on my iLok. I followed the directions in my purchase email to install the latest version of Vienna Assistant (1_0_233) to download the instruments.

    However, Vienna assistant is showing the instruments as having no active licence and so I cannot download them. I emailed support immediately asking how to download the instruments I had paid for. I had a reply from support on Saturday 10th confirming that my licences are active but there was no mention of how I might download.

    I sent a second email immediately in reply once again asking how I might download the instruments and am currently still waiting to learn how I might acquire the instruments.

    Perhaps someone in these forums can advise as I have followed the instructions in my purchase email.

    Following several uninstalls and reinstalling of Vienna Assistant and multiple download attempts, I have now managed to download both instruments.
