> Getting Synchron/VI Libraries to Appear in Player
Forum Jump
Hello,
I've seen several threads on the topic, but am still having issues. I've moved to a new iMac Studio on Monterey with the m1 ultra chip. I've installed the Synchron Player, have got it running, but I can't get any of my instruments to show up, despite having defined the sample library path in preferences. I'm pretty sure that I've got the licenses properly set up with iLok. The same thing is happening with my VI and Vienna Imperial paths. I defined the location with the directory manager for those, but I'm not getting any instruments to choose from.
Thank you,
Austin

Hi Austin,
I can confirm your licenses are activated. Most likely, you have not re-downloaded the iLok content with Vienna Assistant - please install everything you see under the "not installed" tab: https://www.vsl.info/en/manuals/vienna-assistant/installation
If you need further help, please contact us at
All the best, Erik
