I began trying to make the switch from eLicenser to the iLok about a year ago - then gave up as it was a bit confusing. I was working on a project and opened up my Vienna Instruments Pro and there are zero libraries available to me now. I used Vienna Assistant to try to repair any connections - everything looks fine. Not sure what to do next ... I do not like the Synchron player but is that the only game in town? I've owned Vienna libraries since the late 00s. Not sure how to make this all work ... need some help.

Hi!
Make sure you have downloaded the new content via the Vienna Assistant - it's not possible to use eLicenser sample content with iLok.
Also, double check in the iLok manager if you have activated your licenses / the cloud is opened.
