Please can I check... Is it expected behaviour of the MIRacle plugin that any offline export from the DAW will never be precisely the same twice? Just checking, as exports are not nulling.

Yes, that's expected. The modulation does not sync to the tempo and/or the position in the arrangement. /Dietz - Vienna Symphonic Library
