    Hi everybody, 

    We have spent all day bug-fixing but didn't get as far as we liked, so we decided to withdraw the latest versions of our Synchron sample players (Synchron Player, Synchron Pianos Player, Synchron Harp Player and Vienna Organ Player) as well as the latest VE Pro 7 Update

    To roll back, please

    1. UNINSTALL the existing version
    2. INSTALL from the NOT INSTALLED tab or click REINSTALL in the context menu of the product icon in the Vienna Assistant

    We're sorry for the inconvenience, we hope to provide you with improved versions very soon.

  • Hi Paul,

    So this could explain why I have trouble with my VEP?  I just updated the Sychron Player, now every attempt to use VEP inside my DAW 1) it has stopped seeing my VEP server (I have learned a work around by enter the IP and the name of the Instance when this happens) 2) Even though I have opened up a Template (within VEP) VEP opens up a truncated empty Instance?

    I lost without my favorite VSL libraries !

  • Hi Paul,

    If you are experiencing issues with the withdrawn builds, we highly recommend you uninstall & reinstall the software via the Vienna Assistant. That will restore the previous version.

    I just went into Vienna Assistant and began the rollback feature (before I saw your reply).  If that does not work then I shall follow your instructions below.  I certainly appreciate the help !
