    When starting Main Stage, I get an error message from VSL Helper: "eLicenser Control - Fehler". I just updated my operation system to macOS 13.0.1 and switched from eLicenser to iLok, so I can't say which of the two steps is responsible for the error message.

    Assuming it might help, I deinstalled licenser control center. It didn't.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Hi Matthias,

    Could you please do a quick check? What happens if you install the latest eLicenser software, again and also plug in your ViennaKey? Do you still get the error message? In that case, please send an email to support@vsl.co.at.

    Thanks, Andreas,

    in the meantime, the error has disappeared without re-installing eLicenser. I think the trick was to restart the computer after uninstalling eLicenser. I did try restarting several times, however, I think, not after uninstalling.
