    I have an AU ERROR message while trying to open the Synchron Player in Universal Audio LUNA 1.3. The same with Vienna Instrument Pro. Any Hint?

    No problem here with our players and Luna - would you please send me a screenshot of the error message you are prompted with?

    Hello, I solved

    had to go thru unistalling everything (iLok, Luna, UAD software, VSL players) and re-installing in the following order: iLok (restart), UA drivers (restart) UA Connect, Luna, VSL Players.

    For the unistall process also a bunch of files and folders must be manually cancelled (trash+empty)

    These are the instruction from the UA Support Team:

    Close LUNA

    1. Uninstall LUNA, be careful to remove all files as shown, especially deleting the workspace folder. (do not re-install yet):

    2. Uninstall the UAD drivers, be careful to remove all files as shown (do not re-install yet):
    (Mac) UAD Uninstall / Reinstall Procedure

    3. Download and install the latest versions of the UAD drivers, then UA Connect, then LUNA:
