    Hi there,

    when I check the version of my VEP server it says it is 7.0.120 from November 21, and when I check the updates it says there are none

    But I see there are many updates since then, and today I tried to open a VEP file from a friend and it said I could not open cause I don't have the latest version

    Why the update is not working? 

    How can I do the update manually?

    Anyone has already solved this issue?

    Have you changed over to the iLok version? I don't think there any updates being made to the e eLicenserversion.

    That's correct, v7.0.1120 is the last build that supports eLicenser and there will be no further development for the Licenser platform. Please consider switching to iLOK to receive fresh downloads for your software and your sample content as well as iLOK-compatible licenses.
