I can't see a single instrument in Synchron Player. Reinstalling instruments doesn't help. All installed instruments are displayed correctly in the Vienna Assistant. In iLok too. The connection to the cloud is open. I've had the problem here and there for the past few weeks, but now everything and all the instruments are completely gone. Not good! (Mac Studio, Apple M1 Ultra, Ventura 13.1)

Had the same problem yesterday.
Did you install an iLok Update?

Thank you! Yes. I solved the problem by moving my licenses to my local iLok.

What I didn't write is that I didn't even see my cloud on the left side in iLok. I mixed it up with something else. Since I didn't have an iLok dongle, that helped with the notebook. Now everything works again, but there is obviously a bug in the last iLok update.

I suppose you can move this back to the cloud. In any case, it worked for me. Everything is back in the cloud and working again.

Hi!

Not necessarily a bug. Sometimes, after an update or maintenance, iLOK cloud sessions are closed in the process. Without an active cloud session, the license is not available. Re-activating the cloud session via the menu solves that.

Thank you Andreas, it didn´t help me. So the only way was to put everything on the dongle.

Franz, the funny thing was that I saw everything in the iLok Overview - everything was there and working. I emptied all caches, didi reinstalls, rebooting - nothing worked. Last week there where some single instruments missing and all over sudden all of them.

That should have been it for me, I'm assuming now.

The cause for you must still have something to do with iLok. Unfortunately I don't have any other ideas.

I cant stress the use of an iLok Key! It only uses one USB port. What if uncle Vladimir decides to sabotage the cloud or worse. Get an iLok Key and forget the cloud. Remember somebody said: The cloud is just somebody else's computer! Good luck.

Is there is a way to select all the libs that have their autorisation on the Cloud and move them to the Ilok Key
