    Hi,

    I had a new PC built and upgraded to VEP 7. Unfortunately, I can't open my VEP 6 projects. Any help?

    Hi!

    Thank you for your email. The switch from eLicenser (VE Pro 6) to iLOK (VE Pro 7) requires you to activate your iLOK licenses and re-download your entire sample content and software via our new Vienna Assistant.

    Existing projects will be automatically converted from eLicenser to iLOK if you have internet access on your machine. Otherwise, you must install the latest eLCC Software and plug in your existing ViennaKey for this conversion step.
