If you are having OVERLOAD messages in Logic watch the "swap used" in the app "Activity monitor" / Memory
It should be equal to zero. If not just keep the apps needed in your music project and close all the other apps and re-boot.
It should stay at zero, if not and you keep having those error try to increase your I/O buffer size in Logic Pref/audio
If your I/O buffer size is already at 1024 the only solution is to bounce some track and/or increase your's Mac Memory
64 GB if fine for large project and MIR PRO 3D
Look at my screen copy my Swap used is not at zero and I Have those b.... Overload messages
