The Vienna Assistant is not showing anything under installed or not installed?

I 'm racking my brains on how to resolve this issue.

This link to the post below is the closest I could find to a solution.

"If no products are showing up in Vienna Assistant, but are actually installed on your computer, you can move them back to Vienna Assistant and they will then show up as on the computer. However, be very careful because if you uninstall them from Vienna Assistant they will be uninstalled from your computer. :-("

How do you move products back to inside of Vienna Assistant from the computer?

I've  also rescanned the database, unhid and did all the troubleshooting steps suggested, but nada.

I'm running MAC OS high Sierra 10.13.6
