I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling VI Pro through Vienna Assistant multiple times (both the normal version and the compatibility version) but I'm still having this problem.
Vienna Instruments Pro opens up, sees the patches I have installed on the right hand side, but in the left hand side it looks like it's stuck loading or something. In the C0 keyswitch slot, nothing is loaded, but it looks like a progress bar that's partially loaded, but never moves. When I navigate to a patch and try to drag it over to the left hand side to load it, nothing happens when I drop it.
When I used VI Pro in the past, I remember the C0 keyswitch slot being empty, with no "progress bar" thing like I'm seeing now. I also checked a YouTube video of somebody using VI Pro and they definitely just had an empty slot when they opened it up as well.
Any idea what might be going on here?

That keyswitch is there for the A/B Switch you see... Looks fine to me.
What happens if you load up a preset? I assume that works (click to load).
With patches, you need to drop it right in the cell.
