  • Reinstallation on a new Mac M1

Earlier this year my 2009 Mac Pro died and so I had to invest in a new Mac Studio M1.  Now I have to reinstall everything from scratch.

I already copied all of my libraries to the sample drive on my new computer, but now when I want to install Synchron player, Ensemble pro, Special editions, Big Bang and all the other products I purchased from VSL over the years, I can't see where to download or install them via the Vienna Assistant.

When I go to my account on the vsl website I am being asked to add my iLok user name.  When I do, I get the message that "the user name is already linked to a VSL account".
And further below on my account, where my Iicenses should be listed, there are no licenses listed at all.

When I look on my iLok account there are also none of my main VSL products listed (except for three free products I downloaded a few months ago but couldn't install on my old 2009 Mac).  It looks like my main libraries and players etc. were never linked to my iLok account.  I have to add that I haven't made any updates to my system since 2018.

Nevertheless, I do have all the license numbers for every product, since I wrote them down whenever I purchased something.

My question is can you help me to reinstall my products on the new computer?

    Thank you!
    Felix
