Hi VLS

I LOVE the sound of your stuff and I have been a loyal and generally very happy customer for many years but for the life of me, I can't understand why it's so hard to do what I would consider to be fairly straightforward tasks.  Your customers would really appreciate an easier experience getting products up and running.

As an example, I have a TON of VSL stuff and I ran out of space on my current SSD drive so I just purchased a new 4TB upgrade.  The problem I have now is, I have spent the last hour looking for the step-by-step process required to move my current libraries from the old drive to the new one.

I see references to the Directory Manager but that doesn't appear to work with Sychron and has been discontinued (maybe?).  But I also hear that the library move can be done with the Download Manager and that doesn't appear to be the case unless I am confused.

Can someone please point me to the proper steps required to point the Sychron player to the new drive?  I am sure I just missed this someplace but after an hour of searching I give up.

Thanks!

Hi,

The Vienna Assistant is now available and responsible for the management of all products and sample content.

You can move/copy/reinstall/uninstall products directly in there.  We're working on a bulk mode for these operations right now, shouldn't take too long.

For now, you can also move your files in your finder/explorer and then assign them again in the Vienna Assistant, either with the orange "Repair Wrench" button (if the sample content is not there anymore) or by clicking "Add existing libraries" in the Main Menu of the Vienna Assistant

Hope that helps!

Best,
Paul
