Hello everyone in the forum,
this is my first thread in here, hope it'll be valuable in some way. As you might recall from the subject this is only about a request to the Vienna team of sampling some new solo strings (possibly more than one player for string instrument), because the old library now really starts feeling old to me and many users I think (especially that almost synthy sound in the high register...)
I think that a new library would be an invaluble tool especially for film composers wishing to experiment with a more chamber sound, or to work with solo instruments timbre (just look what great composer Hildur Gudnadottir was able to achieve with "only" a cello.
Yeah maybe this a silly post, but anyway peace and good music everyone!

Yes, a lot of people (including me) are waiting for Synchron Solo Strings. But Ben already said that it won't be the next Synchron release, so we will have to wait even longer. VI Solo Cello 2 and VI Solo Violin 2 feel less "old" than VI Solo Strings I. It's too bad they didn't create VI Solo Viola 2 and VI Solo Bass 2, it would have helped us to wait until the release of Synchron Solo Strings.

Well, tomorrow is 6/1, so maybe we'll see some sort of Synchron release Dorico, Finale, Sibelius, Notion, Overture, Cubase, StaffPad

No, Ben said there won't be a new Synchron library in June. Maybe BBO or SYNCHRON-ized but not Synchron. iMac (2020), Intel i9 3,6 Ghz, 64 GB RAM

That's disappointing, to say the least.
Other than the Fazioli, they haven't sampled anything new for a LONG time! Dorico, Finale, Sibelius, Notion, Overture, Cubase, StaffPad

Yes, but apparently, they're working on a HUGE new Synchron library. Maybe next month, fingers crossed. Also, it's nice to see Elite Strings available now in Synchron Prime Edition. iMac (2020), Intel i9 3,6 Ghz, 64 GB RAM

Yes, but they just added Elite Strings for free. So now you have both string sections in Synchron Prime Edition. You can download the new content via the Vienna Assistant. iMac (2020), Intel i9 3,6 Ghz, 64 GB RAM
