I installed the free Elite Strings for Synchron Prime but I cannot get them to show up in the player.None of those show up in Synchron Prime.   How do get those to show up?

Does VSL even have actual tech support?  I've been looking but cannot find a link.

I believe it's the smaller string ensemble sizes toward the bottom of this list (1st Violins-6, 2nd Violins-5, etc).
