Hi All,

After latest update I'm stuck on scanning plug-in, been all night now. 

Any ideas ?

Thanks for posting.

Which OS and hardware are you working on?

Can you please send us a sample of VE Pro when it is hanging?

  1. => Open Activity Monitor
  2. => Choose Vienna Ensemble PRO
  3. => Click the small "i" in the upper left corner
  4. => Click "Sample" in the lower left corner
  5. => Save the file and send it to us

Please send it to , we're trying to find out what is causing this (in rare cases).

This problem has rendered VEP 7 unusable , attached is a screen shot and sample dump from Activity Monitor , could support take a look please. I've tried removing the offending VST3, but it just crashes and hangs on a different one, pressing skip has no effect. Any ideas.

I have the same problem

Mac Pro 5.1 12Core 3.46GHz, 48GB Ram, GeForce GTX 680
Mac OS 12,6,5

I can get it to work by removing all my VST3 plugins, but even adding back the Vienna VST3 plugins will cause it to hang. Stony silence from support though.

Went also already through this. Then an update fixed it. But now back.
