  • Must be a German way off explaining things...

Just like the first performance tool tutorials were very unclear, the explanation of the VIP upgrade price sucks. It's as if you expect people to know how youre thinking.

Connect some dots here OR just say we havn't figured out how we're going to price this....

  • "The electric spanking of the software babies" would be an appropriate mantra for this occasion. Pay full price to get a company started and eventually established and get charged again for the same samples with an interface in a so-called upgrade. Feel comfort in the knowledge that "there is no loyalty in this business." Therefore, anything goes. We have been forewarned. [6]

  • How can you say this ? Did you try the discount calculator (when it's going to be working again !) ?

Beaswax - apart from the fact that we are Germans as much as Canada is part of the USA, I think your language is getting a little bit ... well ... loud. Thanks for staying polite.

  • I wouldn't worry too much; some people only join a forum to complain [:D]

    DG

  • No problem - that's one reason why we have one! I just think it's not necessary to get loud.

That's 'cos you're not British. We KNOW that if we can't speak a language all we have to do is shout slooooooooooowly [:O]ops:

  • As a holder of a dual citizenship (USA/BRD)...I volunteer to help those poor individuals who have troubles understanding an explanation that has its origin in the german language. A few guidelines though before you consult the expert.

    - Always read thoroughly
    - Read all the way thru
    - Breathe
    - Breathe again
    - Turn on the cognitive thinking
    - Use common sense when figuring out things that weren't mentioned
    - Calm down
    - Don't call Austrians ...Germans and vice versa...it can cause great complications in you healthy adult life
    - Don't confuse Austrians with Australians
    - DON'T GET LOUD

    Good luck !!

  • Thor,

I figured that out by watching the initial tutorial videos and having been to Germany/Austria numerous times....

Hello everybody and Beaswax and Dietz,

when I read parts of the posts in this thread I feel sadness and fear because I have the needs for respect and for being understood.

    Beaswax, when you wrote

would you like Beaswax to hear, that the way he is expressing himself doesn't meet your need for respect?
And maybe you would have liked Beaswax to suggest what might be done to provide the desired informations?

    Sincerely,
    Sebastian
