  • Opus Bundle equivalent?

What combination of VI products would most closely recreate the functionality of the Opus Bundle (with the added benefit of the new sample engine)? Would Strings I, Woodwinds I, Brass I and Percussion meet or exceed the Opus Bundle in terms of instruments and articulations? With that Standard Collection would I be missing anything that's in the Opus Bundle?

  • Hi,

that selection will do much more than just replace your OPUS 1. As soon as the final articulation lists for all products are finalized, we can check on the details.

  • Just to clarify, I meant the Opus Bundle, which is Opus 1 + Opus 2 (I suspect you got that and just hastily typed Op. 1 when you meant the Bundle...).

I guess I'll just keep an eye open for the articulation lists, but I'm not very good at analyzing articulation lists for possible gaping holes so perhaps when the facts are clear you can post a more concise explanation of the breakdown?

  • Yes, of course.

You can also keep on using your very compact Opus Bundle and get Vienna Instruments for the instruments you feature the most....

There will be lots of comparisons, statements and ideas in this forum, as I see it.

    Thanks for your patience.
