    I just bought the new VSL package and I authorized my key and registered and authorized the library using the License control center. i downloaded the newest updates for the software installer and Library installer. The library installer will not allow me to open it and install on my drive though. Does anybody know what I could be doing wrong?

    Hi and welcome mattdowns6!

    Which system are you working on, Mac or PC?
    In either case, you need to install the software first. If you are on a Mac, you will need OSX 10.4 or higher. That´s my first guess.

    Hey Paul,

    I'm on a mac G5 Dual 2.0 and using Logic 7.2
    I did install the software but the library installer 1.03 wont install.
    I'll watch the install tutorial and see if that helps
