Logic 7.2 mac G5 2.5 memory 2.5 gig


I am finding that when I add a new instrument folder in the directory manager it is not being recognized unless i do a complete restart. I've tried removing all folders then addding the ones i need then even closing directory manager then opening again so I can rescan existing but when I instantiate VSL it still doesn'y see the lasted instrument i want to add until i do a complete restart. Am i missing something ?

Hi Matt,

you need to close the VI or the host application to have the latest changes in the Directory Manager available. This is because the VI scans for the folders it needs when you start it (or the host).
