Problem authorizing extended library

Yesterday I purchased the extended libraries for 4 of the libaries but the Woodwind I
won't authorize. I entered in the activation code in the License control center that was sent to me but when I hit the start button to download license and upgrade i get a message saying That the license activation has been used already. Please help.
