    Hello,

    I bought the complete Symphonic Cube and before that the complete orchestral cube.
    I can see in the VI player that I have the licenses for the (free) appassionata strings. But I cannot find any appassionata strings in the bonus files.
    Why are they not there? I want to download them quickly now because I read that 17th of march the free offer expires!
    What do I do wrong, or what is wrong?

    You can see in the player software all available Vienna licenses, regardless you own them or not.
    To check your licenses you have to look at the Syncrosoft lincese control center, which lists all licenses stored on your key.

    Till March 15th you can buy the Appassionata Strings and will get the extended content for free, because you have already licensed the Pro Edition and VI Orchestral Strings I and II.

    The free download period for the violins ended when the Appassionata Strings were released (ca one month ago), that's why they are not available for download any more.

    Are you seriously saying that I cannot get the free appassionata strings anymore??? I find this very disturbing. I am a composer and I had to swap the harddiscs of my two G5´s. I could not do this before today, because I was working very hard on an orchestral project until february, and it would have been dangerous to do things like that in the middle of the project. You can see at VSL that I own the complete Symphonic Cube and also the complete Orchestral Cube.
    I did not know there was an end to the free download period. I have seen the samples on my account, but today when I finally could download them they were gone.
    I don´t believe that I cannot download the free appassionata strings anymore?

    gerard, the appassionata VIOLINS have been a free download (bonus files) - the appassionata STRINGS offer (free license for extended library if you meet certain conditions) is valid until march 15th ...

    Ok, I understand, I meant the appassionata violins. But why can I not see the appassionata violins in my bonus files then?
    I certainly would like to have them.
    I worked very hard and did not look on the forum until lately. I did know anything about an experation date. I just wanted to download them from my account today, and they were gone!
    What can I do now?

    I have the same problem - files i could have downloaded some time ago are not there anymore. To be honest - i already tried to download them - but did not have the time to wait so long (i got a DSL 16.000 -line - but after downloading for about 6 hours there were still more than six hours left to wait before the download would be completed - i loaded all files in parallel - it looked as if thats much faster). So i thought too many are downloading right now - i did not need these sound right away - and now its too late? Maybe i get a post too...
