Being an Austrian, even living here in Vienna - only a few kilometers away from your head quarters - doesn't prevent me from being a little bit disappointed in the meantime. Honestly, your products really seem to be outstanding; but as much as I'd be willing to support VSL by buying additional libraries, it must be mentioned here at this point that I think that VSL is heavily underestimating the needs some sample library users might have, especially when it comes to achieving a quick and convenient workflow. You may turn it as you like, but a serious NKS support in conjunction with VST3 plugins is simply a must-have nowadays.
Still I don't understand why any libraries you are giving away for free are natively providing NKS-support right out of the box, while others, even newer "commercial" VSL libraries simply don't. VSL is officially mentioned as NI's "NKS certified partner"; however, I must really point out that your list of NKS-supported products hasn't been growing since more than a whole year. In fact, I feel a little bit fooled, having purchased the "Elite Strings" library long ago, still hoping that someday it would be made fully NKS-supported by VSL. After all, you cannot deny that it was already on your "To-Do" list long ago; and that was even the trigger for me to purchase that library. All those special sales you are offering from time to time are looking very nice at first glance, but in fact they are not bringing any added value to many users, just because of the fact that many of your libraries are still lacking of any related NKS support. Maybe it would be really necessary for VSL to hire some additional staff in order to get this job done finally. Please take a look at your direct competitors; they have at least understood how to read the signs of the times. Just my 2 cents, but as mentioned, I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking like that.
