Hi community, hi Paul,
I own the Synchronized Special Edition 1. I love the Orchestral Strings. I wanted to upgrade to have more control of the vibrato and other articulations, but without loosing the portamento articulation. (No portamento in Synchron Strings I

)
The only alternative I see are the Orignal VI Orchestral Strings I and II (with 14 I Violin etc...) but I would like to use the synchron player!… (are the Special Edition strings a remake of this library?)
What is the library that you suggest to me? I am a classical music teacher and composer that experiments also with film music.
I am unsure between:
Synchron Strings I (no portamento )
Synchronized Dimension strings I (8 Vn I)
Synchronized Appassionata Strings (20 Vn I)
Synchronized Chamber strings (6 Vn I)
It would be great to have the possibility to play for an afternoon the different ensembles, to have them under the fingers…and then decide what suites best…. (Maybe an online system where I could connect my midi keyboard and test the different libraries and articulations remotely so to speak, an idea for future implementation?…
As a decision point: I love how the Special edition Vol.I strings sound, but he special editions don’t have any control of vibrato unfortunately...
Any suggestions? Thank you for your support, I love VSL
Thank you
Christian
