Stefan, I also saw everything in the overview, but I didn't check whether the cloud session was closed, as Andreas pointed out.

That should have been it for me, I'm assuming now.

The cause for you must still have something to do with iLok. Unfortunately I don't have any other ideas.

What I didn't write is that I didn't even see my cloud on the left side in iLok. I mixed it up with something else. Since I didn't have an iLok dongle, that helped with the notebook. Now everything works again, but there is obviously a bug in the last iLok update.

I suppose you can move this back to the cloud. In any case, it worked for me. Everything is back in the cloud and working again.

Had the same problem yesterday.
Did you install an iLok Update?

SOLVED: 

What I did: I started my notebook where I also have VSL Players and iLok installed, did NOT install the iLok update and activated my Synchron Prime Edition on this notebook.

Went back to my desktop pc and was now able to activate Synchron Prime. After that ALL libraries were found again and show up again in Synchron Player.

6.[SOLVED] Cloud libraries not working. 1/22/2023 2:56:48 PM

There was an iLok update today.
Now my cloud libraries from VSL are not working.
Means no libraries are shown in Synchron player except the libraries that are activated on my machine like Big Bang Orchestra free or Soft Imperial.
Nothing has changed. The paths are correct, Vienna Assistant says all libraries are installed and shows the folders.
I tried to deactivate my Synchron Prime Edition by choosing 'Deactivate' with the right mouse button to test if I can deactivate and activate it again. Now I can't activate it again by dragging it left to the cloud in iLok. Still says 0 of 1 activations used. All other libraries say 1 of 1 activations used, but they are simply not shown in Ensemble or Synchron Player. 

I also uninstalled and reinstalled iLok.

All my other libraries from other companies are activated on my machine and work.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Thank you for your response.

No, it's NTFS. There was no warning either. It's not the first library I've installed either, but it's the first (if I remember correctly) that I had to click 'Install' again after downloading it.

None of the other libraries (like S-ized Strings 1 pro- 2 pro for example) took that long.

I didn't do that (clicking again on 'Install' after download) on the first try and then wondered why it wasn't installed.

The second time I was impatient and gave up after about 6 minutes (where it showed 33%) and closed the Assistent.

The third time I ran it, it took me about 30 minutes to get back to the PC and saw that it was fully installed. Hence my estimate of about 20 minutes.. to be exact..

So everything worked in the end, but if I can contribute something to improve the product even more.. gladly..

Ok, you can forget this post.

But I don't delete it to let others know it really took almost 20 Minutes after the 33% to finish. And I have fast disks and a fast pc.. so be patient :-)

12.SYNCHRON-ized Chamber Strings installer not working 7/30/2022 1:18:52 PM

After the download (before I clicked Install of course) with the latest version of Vienna Assistant nothing happens. You have to click Install again. Then the verify process starts to run, after that it creates the folder and installs the library in the content folder. But at 33% nothing more happens. I already tried it twice.. deleted the download folder, downloaded it again.. always the same. It stops at 33%.

Any ideas?
