I'm new to this forum. I just purchased VI Special Edition but cannot open it. The ball spins forever and I finally need to Force Quit. I have a new MacBook Pro and will endeavor to use VI with Logic 9.
I purchased VI from Sweetwater and the techs there are trying to help, but after an hour of trying things (Disk Utility, repairing permissions, downloaded the newest License Control Center, restarting of course, unplugging all external disks, not having any application open), no difference.
I need help. I don't want to go to another product but may have to. Thanks for any suggestions.
