1.Reason 11 in VEP7? 9/28/2022 4:41:38 PM

Hey,

you can load/open VE/VE Pro 7 in Reason 12 and you can also send the audio to separate outputs from one Rack Plugin (via mix channels), but you can only feed one MIDI signal to one Rack Plugin in Reason so unfortunately the DAW itself doesn't offer all necessary functions (multiple MIDI outputs to multitimbral instruments/plugins) to work effectively with VE Pro.

Best,
Johannes

2.Vienna Smart Spheres DAW Tempo Synch on Pulse Settings 8/5/2020 9:00:38 AM

Hello Mark,

"Are the Pulses the only group tied to the tempo (bpm)?"
--> That really depends on the used effects in the FX-Mixer section in Synchron Player (Auto Gain for example will sync. the tempo to the project-BPM and is not only used in the "Pulses") but yes, it is mainly used in the Pulses-section.

"Is there a listing where those elements effected by the BPM control are specified?"
--> There is not such a list since it always should react to the DAW-bpm and it usually works like this.

1) Does a complete reinstall of the latest Synchron Player version makes a difference?
2) Please also make sure that your audio interface is updated to the latest version.

Best,
Johannes

3.Vienna Smart Spheres DAW Tempo Synch on Pulse Settings 7/30/2020 9:24:48 AM

Hello tls,

Sorry for the late reply here - I just tried to reproduce your issue with the latest version of FL Studio (20) and everything worked fine.
If you load a "Pulses"-Preset (Rolling Bass for example) and raise the BPM in FL Studio, the tempo should follow.

Please make sure to download & install the latest Synchron Player version from MyVSL (logged in):
https://www.vsl.co.at/en/MyVSL/software_installers

@Ross Creative Computers:
Are we also talking about FL Studio here?If yes, which version?
Please also make sure to use the latest Synchron Player version.

If this doesn't make a difference, feel free to send a mail with more details and/or short videos, which illustrate the issue, to

Best,
Johannes

4.[Solved] VE Pro 6 + Kontakt 6 7/9/2020 7:19:45 AM

Hello Vincent,

"Unfortunately" it was not possible to reproduce for me - seems like, we have to dig deeper here...
Is it possible to send a short video of the process which illustrates the issue in more detail?
We might also need some log-files if this doesn't help, so feel free to write an email to !

--> Then it's easier to get a closer look here!
Best,
Johannes

5.[Solved] VE Pro 6 + Kontakt 6 7/8/2020 8:09:27 AM

Hey Vincent,

please make sure that you use the latest VE Pro version (6.5.18947) - this could already make a difference.

I will try to reproduce your described behaviour with Cinematic Studio Strings, since you mentioned it.
If I understand you correctly, the issue here also are the faders in the mix section such as microphones and/or the panning-function for example, right?

Best,
Johannes

6.How to get Sound on Synchron Pianos Surround 9/4/2019 9:15:51 AM

Hello robinlb1900 and idjacobs,

Studio One doesn't support Surround at the moment - but there are workarounds inside the DAW which allow Surround Routing (mono/stereo track bussing).
Unfortunately I don't know how to set this up as easy as possible in Studio One so I recommend to get in touch with Presonus itself in this case to get the best solution for you.

Please make sure you insert the Surround-VST version of Synchron Pianos in Studio One before you start the routing process.
Since Surround Routing is handled differently from DAW to DAW, there are no ready made solutions here - sorry to say.

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask or write a mail to:

Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Johannes

7.Synchron Player (VST3) Cubase 10 PRO crash 7/30/2019 8:29:42 AM

Hey,

Thanks for your patience - did anything change for you with the latest version of Synchron Player (1.1.1657)?

If not, please send a crashdump file and/or Minidumpfiles (WIN) to:

With these additional informations our developers can look into the issue here again!

To find more out about Minidumpfiles I will attach a link:

https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

Best wishes,

Johannes
