I have my master computer with my DAW and one of my VEPro 7 Server licences on iLok Cloud.

I own two VEPro licences.

How do I run the other Licence on the second computer ?

Is buying an iLok USB key the only route open to me ?

Uninstalling using the Uninstall app in the same folder as MIRPro and then re-installing via the updated Vienna Assistant solved it - many thanks Paul.

By the way - Roompack 7 is STUNNING.

I'm also having the same problem on an M1 MacMini/Ventura.

I can use MIRPro in Logic without issue and also boot it from the Finder as an Application

BUT.

I can't see it from within VEPro (FX drop down menu) and if I click the 'Auto Add Mir' red button I also get nothing when creating new Channels.

I can see the MIR Pro Equaliser and also MIRacle, but not MIR Pro itself.

The Synchron Bass Drum does indeed behave really well and the crossfade between the various velocity layers is really well constructed.

Very smooth and great tone.

I have the V.I. Drums and Toms.

I'm trying to program a fairly simple Bass Drum crescendo but I'm finding there are only about 4 velocity levels.

Is there a better Bass Drum option with more velocity levels to allow me to smoothly crescendo/decrescendo ?

I appreciate I could automate a Fader move etc - but it's the progressive change in tonality that I'm looking for.

The Multi Room Tabbed interface of MIR3D has transformed the way I work and I'm loving the sound and the workflow but LUNA is an exceptional sounding DAW .... I know it sounds ridiculous but I've been doing this a long long time and LINA is really quite mind blowing resulting in a Less is More approach to creativity (which is a good thing ... hehehe).

If it could be made to work with MIR that would be great - in the meantime though it's either back to a large single room as it used to be in MIR originally in LUNA or as I'm doing right now - Logic and MIR3D  ... because MIR3D is simply astonishing.

Has anyone found a way of making LUNA and MIR3D work together  ?

I built a Template with about 5 Instantiations of the Synchron Hall.

eg

Hall 1 - Percussion

Hall 2 - Strings

Hall 3 - Wood winds

Hall 4 - Brass

Hall 5 - Saxophones

Each of the instruments was also in a corresponding family Group (Strings/Brass/Woodwinds etc).

No problem getting this to work beautifully during setup and I could drag Groups or individual instruments between the Halls.

However on shutting LUNA down and reopening I find most, but curiously not all the instruments gathered back together in Room 1 - Percussion. Curiously the Saxophones have survived intact as a Group in their positions in the correct Hall.

The rest of the Template is however, destroyed, and all the Group names have also been lost, apart from the Instruments in Group 1. All subsequent Groups have defaulted back to (No Group) and this includes the Saxophones which are in the correct positions in the correct Hall but have also lost their Group identity.

Has anyone had any success with LUNA ?

I'm stuck in a Loop:

"eLicenser control error Application ‘LCC2’ has caused the following error:

Connection to protection device lost.

I have one USB Key on a Hub and another plugged directly into the back of the machine (Mac Mini)

Both keys are seen by the Operating System but neither key is seen by eLiscenser - the result being I have no VSL libraries available.

I've re-installed eLicencer but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To get the same benefits I've had to put together a way of controlling Synchron using TouchOSC but I'm left wondering:

If I can do this, why don't the good people of Vienna Symphonic do it properly ?

I've used (bought) one of the Articulation packages - but it only works in Logic Pro - I need something that is platform agnostic ...like the VI app.

What is the difference between the VEPro Preference Activate window on MIDI activity focus and the icon to switch it on/off in the menu bar at the top of the VEPro window ?

           that's what I had assumed from other installs, but BigBang2.5 doesn't give me another destination - the only option I have is to install for users of the computer, then I get stuck in a cycle and never get to a 'next option'.

I've now moved the installer .pkg onto another a drive but it still won't let go of the local drive as the install destination.

I don't seem to have an option to change where the BigBand2.5 library installs.

The only option seems to be the local drive where the OS resides.

Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

Just watched your production.

Great work. 

VEPro works very well in Luna HOWEVER ...  I only seem able to work on MIDI channel 1 meaning I can only play the single instrument on channel 1 in an Instance with 16 instruments on 16 MIDI channels.

I can access the input instrument in Luna and alter/reroute it's output channel but this doesn't seem to be picked up by VEPro ... any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

        I've uninstalled both Synchron Player + Piano's as they were showing as 'coudn't be opened' in Logic's Plugin Manager.

I downloaded and installed the latest versions but they are still showing as 'coudn't be opened'.

VIPro and VEPro load without problem.

OSX 10.15.6 + Logic 10.5.1

Any ideas anyone ?

Underneath the MIX tab label (to the right of all the Mic channels) you have the  PRESET option to choose different Microphone Arrays.

I suggest switching through a couple of those choices and see if that works.

Your screen shows the PRESET name to be in a Black coloured font whereas they are always a fairly unreadable White colour on my screen.
