You can check your upgrade prices by adding products to your basket... they count as "registered" then, and every additional product will show your personal upgrade price. 

Our SYNCHRON-ized products come as collections for many reasons: 

- To reduce the confusion of too many products (we hear this very often)
- To reduce the complexity of the upgrade/crossgrade paths and the connected licenses
- The price of virtual instruments has been adapted A LOT over time. 

We will have to check if it makes sense to offer single instruments in the future. For specific collections like the Historic Winds Package this makes sense, in our eyes!

This will most likely be the last version before the Apple Silicon version, and it will be a reliable rollback option. All fixes have been integrated in our Silicon development environment as well, so we're getting closer. 

Unfortunately I still can't provide you with an ETA (we will simply release the version when it's there), but the beta versions we're working and testing with are impressively stable.

Make sure to check your connections, maybe unplug all connected MIDI devices, to check.

Yes, the Vienna Assistant is the key. If you moved your data, you should see the orange "REPAIR" wrench button in the upper right corner light up. You can repair/connect your data this way. 

Alternatively, you can use "Add existing library" from the main menu.

Hi, 

The Vienna Assistant is now available and responsible for the management of all products and sample content. 

You can move/copy/reinstall/uninstall products directly in there.  We're working on a bulk mode for these operations right now, shouldn't take too long. 

For now, you can also move your files in your finder/explorer and then assign them again in the Vienna Assistant, either with the orange "Repair Wrench" button (if the sample content is not there anymore) or by clicking "Add existing libraries" in the Main Menu of the Vienna Assistant.
