I bought Concert D 274 Standard a couple weeks ago.

and now upgrade to the Full library.

none of the presets have FX.

is that how its supposed to be?

    I have 3 of the Synchron Pianos now.

a friend gave me some custom presets.

I want to try them out.

I have Windows 10.

would someone please help me do this?

I read the manual. I have tried adding the presets a few ways.

and its not working.

when I click on a preset, Synchon Player closes.

would someone please tell  me step by step how to do this?

    would you please tell me:

I have an eLicenser key.

I have a desktop PC that I plugged the key into.

I also have a laptop PC.

I want to leave my eLicenser key plugged into my desktop, and not have to take the key out and plug it into the laptop and vice versa, every time I switch between working on the 2 computers.

can I buy a Vienna key and use it with my laptop?

(I will only use 1 computer at a time. I just do not want to have to keep moving the key between computers.)

bought some vouchers, and bought the Bosendorfer from your website.

I only played it for a couple minutes.
