you can activate the demo to the iLok cloud if you don't havean iLok key - machine activation is not available for demos.

hello Tracy,
our records say the email address registered with VSL is the same than registered with iLok, actually the iLok UserId is the same, though the iLok account is flagged as "provisional" (means something with this account is incomplete).
however i can see you have another iLok account regiustered to the same email address and that might be the reason you mention the account registered at VSL as "incorrect.

we have now returned the iLok UserId connected to your VSL account, revoked the licenses and withdrawn the registrations of your Free Instruments so you can start from scratch again now.
someone willö also respond to Case 473161 you have opened with our support.

sorry to see you dissatisfied, but you may have overlooked the following paragraph on the Voucher's productpage:

i'm sure you understand, that we cannot refund you money in march for a Voucher you purchased during our VoucherOffer (get 4 pay 3) in december.

a ViennaKey - aka eLicenser - cannot be used to store iLok licenses, they require this special iLok key.
VIPRO cannot be converted because it is now free with every VI Library, so there is no need to convert ist because you can download it anyway.

unfortunately we have a loose end here which of course has to be improved - if an authorized VSL Dealer issues a Serial Number for an anonymous user instead adding the licenses from our Dealer application directly to the user's account this does not meet the remaining conditions.

es tut uns leid zu hören, dass iLok auf ihren systemen schwieigkeiten macht - ich lese aber heraus, dass es sich um ein problem bei "MachineActivation" handelt. iLok Cloud oder ein iLok USB Device würde das problem einer neuerkennung lösen.

ein angebot für einen "verkauf" (richtigerweise: lizenztransfer) hier ist nicht zulässig.

currently redeemed and not yet redeemed Vouchers are not displayed somewhere - i will suggest to add a list of redeemed vouchers in MyVsl though in my opinion not yet redeemed vouchers should not be displayed to keep privacy with donated vouchers.
related to your request i can tell you that all your vouchers except the € 20 vouchers are currently unused.

Just look art my text, when i hit Enter it goes one extra line down.

this is basically the same behavior like in any Word processor: Ctrl-Enter = PageBreak (does not apply to websites), Shift-Enter = LineBreak, Enter = new Paragraph.
the current setting in the forum is font-size 13px, line-height 20px and margin below a paragraph also 20px - so you don't see an extra line but a gap of 20px ... hth

you may notice this effect when switching between domains vsl.co.at and vsl.info - it has been decided, that some parts of the website should be moved to another domain and a technology, which does support a responsive design, but not our current authentication method. so you will find yourself authenticated on vsl.co.at whereas on vsl.info not.
