I got a newer dongle in 2017. I looked for Support VSL, but couldn't find it anywhere. any direct links to page please?

yes, updated to all the latest software, maintenance, all done, nothing worked. License still not showing up.

I've got a problem with an elicenser/dongle. since this morning it's not been showing a vienna license, although it worked fine before. when trying to activate it again, it comse up with an error message saying the license had already been activated before, thuse it can't be done again? is there a way of requesting a new activation key? or what's the solution here otherwise?

I've installed all the CD's (54gig) onto my external HD and the program on my local HD.

When I open the Standalone program the instruments are there, but I can't click on them to load them, nor can I select any other presets.

Same happens when I try to load them through HOst program - LOGIC 8.

any ideas for the beginner of VSL?

 I've just looked through the Kontakt 3 Vienna instr. and it's definitely VSL.

and it appears to be the Special Edition version. 

The question remains: is the Kontakt version still 16bit?

Otherwise it's pretty annoying having spent extra 340 euros on the Special Edition when it's included in Kontakt 3.

any comments?
