If you're downloading with our download manager, you'll always get the newest version with all updates included.

Regarding the Video: Yes, they're programmed slighty off grid to each other, but it depends which patch you're using. Some of them are available in the Full Library, so maybe that's the difference.

For the muted C-Trumpet we've made some adjustments at the mute to avoid unwanted frequences and noises.

For the muted Bb Trumpet as well as for the Vienna Dimension BrassII Trumpets we've used straight mutes without any changes.

To put it simple: If the key is under the two years hardware-warranty, it'd be necessary to send the key to us. Once the key arrived in our office, you'd get a new key, a 48h demo license to complete ongoing projects, and you'll receive the replacement licenses for free. If the key is outside the warranty you could purchase replacement licenses for EUR 20.- per license.

If the key holds a valid Vienna Protection Plan, you'd get a 50h Emergency License to complete ongoing projects and you'll receive the replacement licenses for free.

To possess an additional spare key is a good solution anyway!

Hello Firefrost,

Duplicating a license isn't possible, because that would be of course completely counterproductive in terms of a copy protection. However, there are two solutions:

- If you want to be safe in case your ViennaKey fails, you could transfer your licenses to a new key to be protected by our warranty of two years. The date of the purchase of the key counts.

- If you want to be protected additional against loss of your ViennaKey, our Vienna Protection Plan is the way to go.
