1.Dongles 12/31/2016 1:04:37 AM

I live in England.  If I buy the Vienna Key direct from VSL, it costs 41 Euros including VAT and shipping. If I buy one from Time and Space in the UK it costs 20 GBP.  Will the key bought from Time and Space have the same TWO YEAR guarantee and terms as one purchased direct from VSL? (An official answer from VSL please).

Currently, I have seven dongles registered with over 50 licences and those dongles are at least 7 or 8 years old.  I am worried at the HUGE expense I might incurr should one or more of them fail.  I will have to transfer all those licences from the seven keys to one new one as I am unwilling to pay 7 times 41 Euros (i.e. 287 Euros!) every two years...

Hi,

I don't see Bassoon 2 available yet in my user area download section.

Should it be there given that I have registered woodwinds 1 & 2 and special woodwinds?

Nicholas
3.Registration question 3/22/2007 11:18:10 AM
Thanks for the email. The code was on the website at the time of order completion.

Just curious about the "7" rather than "active, registered".
4.Registration question 3/22/2007 3:04:49 AM
When I registered my Solo Strings Extended Library, I did not receive a "VSL Activation Code" email. (For my other VSL VI registrations I did receive an activation email for each of them).

In the Registered Collections and Instruments section of my User Area, the Solo Strings Extended Library has a "7" in the comment area, whereas the others have "active, registered".

Is this o.k. or is there a problem?
